Surefire Way to Get Rid of the ILLEGALS

How many times have you heard politicians say it would be too costly to deport all the illegals in the United States?

That's their stock-in-trade argument to justify doing nothing about the problem.

To pacify those who demand that something be done, they are wasting hundreds of millions of taxpayer money on a border fence, that we know won't accomplish much of anything besides make the ones richer who won the contract to build it.

But for LESS THAN THE COST OF THAT BORDER FENCE. there is a surefire way to not only get rid of virtually all illegals already in our country [some estimates peg the figure at WELL OVER THIRTY MILLION ILLEGALS!], but to also make it so that NO ILLEGALS WOULD WANT TO COME HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!

Only for that to happen, we must get "our" sell-out politicians to pass just one law.

Please allow me to explain, as follows:

An immigrant is someone who enters our country LEGALLY. Someone who does not is NOT an immigrant, but an invader or interloper.

And it is a federal CRIME, a FELONY, to enter the country illegally.

Hence, someone who entered our country illegally, commonly referred to as an "illegal," is a CRIMINAL.

Further, the illegals are NOT the "We the People..." spoken of by our Constitution.

They are mostly citizens of Mexico. And the constitution of Mexico has no jurisdiction here in the United States.

Accordingly, the illegals are NOT entitled to Due Process of Law, only to SUMMARY JUSTICE!

But as the law is being incorrectly interpreted by the courts now, the illegals are not only being given Due Process, but they are also even being allowed to do things that not even native-born citizens can do without impunity!

Is it constitutional to allow Mexicans here illegally to not pay taxes, to drive a car without a license and no insurance, etc., etc., while expecting that of everyone else? Of course NOT!

If Congress would pass a law clarifying that the illegals are NOT the "We the people ..." intended by our Constitution and, therefore, not entitled to Due Process, then there would be nothing to stop an ICE agent or other law officer from rounding them up by the thousands. Then taking them before a U.S. magistrate to obtain a deportation order.

Upon showing that a person is here illegally, then the magistrate could FINE them, and order that they be FORCE-worked on chaingangs, road crews, etc., etc. to pay off the fines ...

and afterwards deport them back to Mexico in barred-window buses with a thank you note saying, "Please come again" :)~

WE could transform a liability upon our nation into an asset:
A VAST POTENTIAL SOURCE OF FREE PUBLIC LABOR!

Once word travels that thousands of illegals are being rounded up and force-worked to pay off stiff fines, and afterwards deported, you can bet that you will see a mass exodus of millions of illegals heading back to Mexico.

For low wages in Mexico is a whole lot better than NO wages in the U.S.

If the government allows illegals to disregard our laws, then, to be fair to everyone else, it should likewise expect NO ONE to obey our laws.

So that we have anarchy.

But if we do not want anarchy, then our laws must be enforced UNIFORMLY.

I strongly encourage everyone who is fed up, as I am, with this to phone or write your Congress representatives, demanding that they pass a law clarifying that the illegals are NOT ENTITLED TO DUE PROCESS OF LAW, only SUMMARY JUSTICE.

So that the ACLU and no one else, not even the illegals themselves, will have standing to file a lawsuit on behalf of the illegals.

This madness has gone on long enough! And it is time to put an end to it.
